Recipe Udang Bakar

Ingredients Shrimp Fuel:

20 medium shrimp tails
100 ml of coconut milk 1/4 coconut
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Subtle spice:
2 cloves garlic
Red onion 4 items
Pecan 5 items
1 teaspoon coriander
salt to taste
Sugar to taste
How to cook Shrimp Fuel:

Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant.
Enter the shrimp and sauce, and cook until prawns change color.
Pour the coconut milk, cook until the spices and coconut milk soak up. Separate from the shrimp flavor.
Grilled shrimp over the coals while occasionally in topical seasoning and margarine.
Serve.
Serves 6

Shrimp Fuel Tips:
In order for the presentation more interesting before it burned shrimp, shrimp skewers 3 tail with a skewer.
