Recipe Pempek Lenggang
Pempek Lenggang uses duck eggs as one of the ingredients, as well as distinguishing him from other pempek. How to make it even enough with just a few steps away. For details, please refer to the recipe to 3 servings Pempek Lenggang below.
Materials Pempek Lenggang:
Pempek lenjer, 5 pieces, cut into 1 cm thick round
Duck eggs, 5 egg
Leek, 3 stalks, thinly sliced
Salt, to taste
Cooking oil, 50 ml
Sauce, vinegar / cuko, 1/2 recipe
How to make Pempek Lenggang:
Beat eggs and salt until blended.
Enter the leeks and stir well.
Add pempek pieces and stir well.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a nonstick skillet, pour the egg mixture. Cook until done, remove from heat. Repeat until dough runs out.
Serve with a sauce of vinegar pempek swing / cuko.
