Recipe Pempek Lenjer


Pempek Lenjer is one variant of pempek snacks. It is said lenjer because of its elongated round like logs. Like what I make, please refer to pempek lenjer recipes for the following 10 pieces.


Materials Pempek Lenjer:

Pempek basic dough, 1 recipe
Corn starch / tapioca flour, 100 grams
Water, 2 liters
Warm water, to taste
Cooking oil, 1 liter
Supplementary Material:

Wet noodles, 150 grams, pour warm water, drained
Cucumber, 1 piece, seeded and diced small
Sauce, vinegar / cuko, a prescription
How to make Pempek Lenjer:

Rub the hands with tapioca flour taste.
Take enough dough base, oval shape. Repeat until dough runs out.
Boil water and 2 tablespoons oil to the boil. Put the mixture, boil until cooked (float), remove from heat.
Dye mixture in warm water. Remove, drain and let cool.
Heat oil and fry until cooked dough. Remove and cut into pieces pempek. Serve.
Tips Pempek Lenjer:

If you want results more crisp, cut into pieces before pempek lenjer before frying.
