Recipe Bakso Bakar
ingredients:
500 grams of ground beef
1 egg
100 grams of starch
Skewers to taste
Seasonings:
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon salt
½ teaspoon beef bouillon powder
Spreads, mix:
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tbsp liquid margarine
How to Make Meatballs Recipe Fuel:
Combine ground beef, eggs and spices, then puree in a food processor. Tambahakn flour gradually, stirring until blended. Pour the batter into the bowl.
Take one teaspoon of dough, round it off. Put it in boiling water. Allow it to float, remove and drain. Puncture some of the meatballs are cooked with a skewer. Do the same thing until the dough runs out.
Meatballs grilled on hot coals while occasionally smeared with spreads. Fuel until browned, remove from heat. Serve with a sauce bottle.
Serves to 4-5
