Recipe Sweet Martabak
Here is a sweet recipe martabak
ingredients:
250 g self-raising flour
5 g of yeast (Fermipan)
175 ml warm water
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
150 grams sugar
200 ml coconut milk Kara
Sweet Martabak contents:
grated cheese
meisjes
granulated sugar
Sweetened condensed milk
How to Make:
Mix coconut milk with warm water and stir until evenly distributed.
Insert the yeast into the milk is still warm, stir until dissolved, then set aside.
Mix flour and sugar, make a hole in the middle, put the eggs into it.
Mix well, pour a solution of milk little by little, until sugar is dissolved, put the baking soda, stirring constantly until blended until smooth dough.
Allow 30 minutes in a warm place until dough becomes 2X height.
Heat a heavy skillet to martabak.
Spread margarine.
Pour the batter into it 3/4 pan.
Cover the pan martabak until half cooked, sprinkle with granulated sugar.
Closed again until the surface dried, and the exterior to brown. Lift and place on a cutting board.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk across the surface, then sprinkle with grated cheese and or meisjes.
Martabak cut in half, fold and trim.
Spread margarine.
