Recipe Soto Kudus


ingredients:

1 whole chicken

2 liters of water, to boil the chicken

2 tablespoons cooking oil for sauteing


Spice paste:

7 red onions

6 cloves garlic

½ teaspoon pepper round

salt to taste

100 grams of bean sprouts

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 sm onion

1 stalk lemongrass crushed

Lbr 2 bay leaves

One segment of the thumb galangal, crushed

2 stalk celery, thinly sliced

Soy sauce:

10 pcs of cayenne pepper (to taste)

2 cloves garlic

100 ml soy sauce

½ tablespoon cooking oil for sauteing

How to make:

    A. boiled chicken until cooked (quite soft). Lift, take the meat, cut and insert it back into the broth.
    2. stir-fried with ground spices: lemongrass, galangal and bay leaves. Once cooked, remove from heat. Put it in chicken broth, cook over low heat to allow the flavors to infuse.
