Recipe Bolu Ketan Hitam


Cake Ingredients Black Ketan Bolu:

300 g black glutinous rice flour
100 g white glutinous rice flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
7 eggs
225 grams sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cake emulsifier (optional)
125 ml of cooking oil
5 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons coconut milk
Special equipment:

Pan diameter ring 24.
How to make a cake Bolu Ketan Black:
Grease a baking sheet with oil and preheat the boiler. Sift flour black sticky rice, white glutinous rice flour and baking powder.
Beat eggs, sugar and salt until sugar is dissolved, put cake emulsifier. Beat at high speed until the dough is thick and pale.
Enter the glutinous rice flour mixture alternately black & white as well as cooking oil (in the second stage), stirring behind. Mix the condensed milk and coconut water.
Add sweetened condensed milk mixture and coconut milk little by little into the batter and stir well.
Pour the batter into the pan is heated. Steam 25 minutes.
Remove cake from pan when cool, then cut according to taste.
