Recipe Bakso Urat


ingredients:


Basic dough beef meatballs, 1/2 recipe
Veins of cattle, 100 grams, cut into rough
Wet noodles, 100 grams
Cabbage, 50 grams, thinly sliced
Bakso soup Vein:

Broth, 3 liters
Garlic, 3 cloves, minced
Salt, to taste
Pepper, 1/2 teaspoon
Cooking oil, 2 tablespoons
Fried shallots, 2 tablespoons
How to make Bakso Vein:

Mix the dough balls and beef tendons. Spherical shape, soak in warm water. Boil until the Bakso float. Lift and soak in ice water.
Sauce: Saute the garlic until fragrant. Pour broth, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Serve Bakso , sauce and other ingredients in a bowl. Sprinkle with fried shallots.
