Recipe Asinan Pepaya


 material:
- 500 grams of half-ripe papaya fruit
- 1/2 tsp whiting
- Water to taste

Vinegar sauce:
- 10 pieces of red pepper
- 2 tablespoons toasted dried shrimp
- 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Salt to taste
- 200 cc of water

How to Make:

A. Peel the papaya. Soak in a mixture of water and whiting for 1/2 hours. Thinly shaved. Mix with salt and knead until soft. Wash out. Flush with water and wring it out until the water runs out.
2. Make the sauce. Crushed red chili, dried shrimp, salt, and sugar. Mix with water and vinegar. Stir well.
3. Boil until boiling.
Soak the papaya in vinegar mixture. Let stand until the flavors to infuse.
