Recipe Ayam Sakang


Subtle spice Sakang Chicken Recipe:
~ 1 teaspoon salt
~ 100 grams of red pepper
~ 1 teaspoon coriander
~ 50 grams of onion
~ 1 cm ginger
~ 10 grams of nutmeg
~ ~ 20 g garlic
2 cm turmeric

Bahan2 Sakang Chicken Recipes:
~ 1 chicken, cut into 8 sections so
~ 2 tablespoons of oil
~ 1 teaspoon brown sugar
~ 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
~ 300 ml of water
~ 3 lime leaves
~ 2 cm cinnamon
