400 gr glutinous rice (soaked overnight)
200 g of rice
400 ml coconut milk
1 pandan leaf lbr
1 pc lemon grass, geprek
3 kaffir lime leaves lbr
Spices:
2 cm ginger
6 shallots btr
1 teaspoon salt
½ tsp sugar
How to cook Nasi Jaha Manado:
Steamed glutinous rice and rice for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, boil the coconut milk, spices, pandan leaves, lemongrass and lime leaves to a boil, stirring frequently. Pour coconut milk into rice mixture. Stir well and then steamed until cooked.
Take a leaf. Put aronan earlier. Roll while compressed. Insert the bamboo that has been diraut until its thickness is quite thin. Grilled over coals until cooked. Putting bamboo set at a slight angle and the coals underneath. As shown in the image below.
