Recipe Martabak Pisang Keju


Fill materials Martabak Banana:
~ 2 tablespoons of margarine / butter
~ 50 milli-white sweetened condensed milk
~ 50 grams of grated cheddar cheese
~ 1 buahpisang king, steamed and chopped

Martabak leather Banana Cheese:
~ 50 grams sugar
~ 250 grams of cake flour
~ ½ teaspoon salt
~ 50 grams of high protein flour
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
~ 20 grams of instant yeast
~ 4 eggs
~ 350 milli water

How to make Banana Cheese Martabak:
Phase 1. Mix the flour and yeast. Add water gradually while stirring until smooth. Let stand for 30 minutes.
Phase 2. Add the eggs, baking soda, sugar and salt. Stir until blended.
Phase 3. Heat the mold martabak sweet or non-stick skillet over low heat, rub margarine. Pour the batter into the mold, cook until the holes.
Stage 4. Place pieces of plantain, grated cheddar cheese, and sweetened condensed milk. Set aside some time to mature.
Stage 5. Fold martabak, topical margarine and serve.
