ingredients:
500 grams pomfret fish / mackerel / snapper /
milkfish, cut into 3-4
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
1 orange juice, take the water
1 teaspoon tamarind water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
oil, for sauteing
Spices that are:
5 red chilies, seeded
5 pieces of red onion
2 pieces of garlic
3 pieces of hazelnut
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 teaspoon salt
How to Make:
Marinate the fish with lime and salt. Set aside and let stand for about 30 minutes to infuse. Wash and drain.
Heat oil in a skillet that many over medium heat. Fried fish during hot oil until browned. Lift then drain and place on platter.
Prepare 2 tablespoons cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat new. Then saute ground spices until fragrant yellow. Add tamarind juice and soy sauce after thickened, remove from heat and pour over the fish fry.
