Recipe Martabak Bombay


Materials Martabak Bombay:

Ground beef, 100 grams
Onions, 100 grams, chopped
Curry paste, 1 teaspoon
Garlic, 2 cloves, minced
Salt, to taste
layers:

Flour, 150 grams
Chicken eggs, 1 egg
Water, 100 ml
Salt, 1/2 teaspoon
How to make Bombay Martabak:

Mix the ground beef with all ingredients, mix well. Form the dough boxes and do it until the dough runs out.
Steam for 10 minutes until cooked, remove from heat.
Layer: Mix all ingredients, stirring until well blended.
Dip the meat batter preformance dough until flat surface layer, and fry in hot oil until golden brown is, remove from heat. Serve.
