Recipe Bolu Gulung Kurma


Cake flour 50 grams
15 grams of cornstarch
Chicken eggs 3 eggs
SP 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar 100 grams
60 ml of liquid milk
Pandan paste 1/2 teaspoon
150 grams of pineapple jam
100 g dates, pitted, flatten
How to make Bolu Roll Dates:

Mix the flour with cornstarch, sifted and set aside.
Beat eggs, granulated sugar until fluffy and SP.
Enter the flour mixture, stirring gently until blended. Pour liquid milk gradually, mixing well.
Add pandan paste and stir well.
Pour mixture into a square baking pan with baking paper and bersemir dialas margarine. Steamed until cooked. Remove, remove it from the mold.
Brush the surface of the cake with pineapple butter until smooth, put the dates at random. Roll it up solid.
Cut and decorate according to taste and serve.
