Recipe Sakura Cake


Sakura Cake Ingredients:

Cake flour, 100 grams
Sugar, 100 grams
Hot water, 50 ml
Milk powder, 3 tablespoons
Baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon
Chicken eggs, 2 eggs
Salt, to taste
Coconut grated, 50 grams
How to make Cake Sakura:

Caramel syrup: Cook 50 grams of sugar in the pan until dissolved and browned (caramelized). Add water and stir well. Cook for 5 minutes, remove from heat and let cool.
Mix the flour, milk powder, and baking soda. Sift together until blended and set aside.
Pour the flour with caramel syrup gradually, stirring until blended. Set aside.
Beat eggs and remaining sugar until fluffy. Add flour mixture and stir well.
Pour cherry mixture in a mold that has been smeared with oil or margarine.
Heat the pan steamers, steamed until cooked dough for 15 minutes. Lift and remove from mold.
Serve with grated coconut that has been given a bit of salt.
